After a four year hiatus, Gerda Blank return with a a short blast of sound entitled Her Mind’s Awake E.P. The source material for the four track E.P was from unreleased tracks recorded for previous albums, the strays. Her Mind’s Awake sounds like the elemental force of Mother Nature fighting back — and our smallness revealed by her indifference to us. The E.P is short, sharp, noisy but with a popper edge than their usual output and will be released on Happy Mutant.
